We're thrilled to have answered the call from one of our customers on a mechanical issue! They asked for help replacing an M600 autoplate bladder assembly, and we jumped into action.

Once the parts arrived on-site, we quickly mobilized a skilled team of two mechanics to tackle the project. The process started by removing rollers, guards, and gearing, followed by carefully extracting the lower plate cylinder from the press. To replace the bladder, we had to take off the bearer and bearing, ensuring everything was in place for a seamless replacement.

Once the bladder was swapped, it was time to reassemble the cylinder. Preloading the bearing was key to getting everything back into perfect alignment. After that, we carefully reinstalled the unit and performed a critical check on the bearer pressure to ensure the press would deliver top-notch print quality.
